Saudi Arabia’s national shipping company, Bahri, has strongly rejected the "false allegations and malicious rumours" circulating in some media outlets and on social media that its vessels have been transporting shipments bound for Israel.
In an official statement, the company described the claims as “entirely false and without merit”, stressing that it operates in strict accordance with the Kingdom’s declared policies, which consistently support the Palestinian cause.
Bahri affirmed that it has never transported goods or shipments to Israel and has never participated in any such operations. The company emphasized that all its activities undergo rigorous oversight and review procedures to ensure compliance with local and international maritime transport laws.
The shipping giant warned that it reserves the right to take legal action against individuals or entities responsible for spreading what it described as “malicious, unfounded claims” aimed at damaging its reputation, "and to hold accountable anyone seeking to undermine its policies and practices".
Bahri urged media outlets and the public to verify information through official sources before publishing or sharing it. The company reiterated its unwavering adherence to ethical business practices and its commitment to transparency.
